HB 39 Representative Thompson moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on CSSSHB 39(FIN) am(brf sup maj fld) and SCS CSSSHB 39(FIN) am S. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Claman rose to a point of order. The Speaker cautioned the member to confine remarks to the changes.
